Refund & Return Policy

At ToyBingo, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund policy.

Return Policy:

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return.

Refund Policy:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the same account.

Damaged / Wrong Product:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
